Delaware has three pari-mutuel facilities and all feature slot machines. Technically, the machines are video lottery terminals because they are operated in conjunction with the Delaware Lottery. Unlike video lottery terminals in other states, however, Delaware’s machines pay out in cash. The video machines also play other games including video poker, video keno and video blackjack.
