There are two Native Indian casinos located in upstate New York. The terms of the agreement between the tribes and the state allow only table games, and slot machines are not permitted. Both tribes, however, have video gaming machines which offer slot-style games, plus keno and poker. These machines do not pay out in cash. Instead, they print out a receipt which must be exchanged for cash.
Both casinos are normally open 24 hours and offer these games: blackjack, craps, roulette, pai gow poker, mini baccarat, caribbean stud poker, let it ride, money wheel/big six, and poker. The minimum gambling age at both casinos is 18.
There are also two casino boats which travel three miles out into international waters where gambling is permitted. The boats offer: blackjack, craps, roulette, caribbean stud poker, let it ride, slots, and video poker.
